Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds with a blowup mattress for guests with a shared bathroom. Minimum 1 month rental which includes cable tv, internet and utilities (tenant pays for utilities over $150/month which rarely happens).
